Hi, Mouco! I just tried your Camembert and Petite Colorouge when Gerti brought it to a gathering at Cherry Hills Community Church this past Sunday. It was great to see Gerti and Wes, and the cheese was outstanding! I see I can purchase it in the neighborhood at St. Killian's. Excellent!

I recently saw your cheese on display/sampled at Whole Foods. I was very impressed to learn that is was made here in Fort Collins. I am happy to say that I purchased both of your cheeses to add to my Thanksgiving cheese platter. Happy Thanksgiving!
