Ingredients:

For Crostini:

  • 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For Toppings:

  • 2 ripe persimmons, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 200g MouCo Camembert cheese, thinly sliced
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crostini:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Toppings:
    • Slice persimmons, remove pomegranate seeds, and thinly slice the Camembert cheese.
  3. Assemble the Crostini:
    • On each crostini, place a slice of persimmon, a few pomegranate seeds, and a slice of Camembert.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and drizzle with honey.
    • Arrange on a platter and serve immediately. Enjoy the delightful blend of flavors!
