At MouCo, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us from the beginning.
Since 2001, our MouCo Cheese community support has been a proud part of Northern Colorado’s artisanal food scene. We know that local, independently owned businesses are essential to a thriving community—especially in this unique place we call home.
We’re committed to supporting local non-profits in Fort Collins and throughout Northern Colorado.
Whether it’s community advocacy or consumer education, we’re here to help. We’re particularly passionate about food causes and local food banks, sharing our love for great food with those in need.
Our Philanthropic Efforts
Over the years, MouCo Cheese community support has participated in numerous initiatives to support our community.
We’ve hosted students at our cheesery for tours, allowing them to see the cheese-making process up close and learn about the importance of local food production. Additionally, we’ve visited schools to give talks on business to young entrepreneurial folks and high school kids, sharing insights and inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
We’ve also partnered with local food banks to donate our products, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious, delicious food. Our contributions have helped numerous families and individuals in need, reinforcing our commitment to community well-being.
As a family-owned business, we care deeply about children’s nutrition and education.
We’ve supported local initiatives aimed at improving children’s access to healthy meals in schools and community centers. Programs we’ve backed teach families how to choose local, sustainable, and ethically produced products, promoting a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
