MouCo Ashley Cheese Tapas

Ingredients

• 1 wheel of MouCo Ashley cheese
• 1 baguette, sliced
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
• Fresh thyme sprigs
• Fresh blackberries (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the wheel of MouCo Ashley cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cheese in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty. While the cheese is baking, place the baguette slices on a separate baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy. Remove the cheese and baguette slices from the oven. Place the warm MouCo Ashley cheese on a serving platter. Drizzle the honey over the cheese. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts on top of the cheese. Add fresh thyme sprigs for garnish. If desired, add fresh blackberries around the cheese for a pop of color and flavor. Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices on the side.
