Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of high-quality grain bread with flax seeds
  • 4-6 oz (about 113-170g) of cooked turkey or chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 oz (about 57-85g) of MouCo Camembert cheese, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh lettuce leaves (arugula or mixed greens recommended)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cranberry or lingonberry sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Panini Press
Preheat your Panini press according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the MouCo Camembert cheese and cooked turkey or chicken breast.
Wash and dry the fresh lettuce leaves.
Have the cranberry or lingonberry sauce ready to spread.

3. Assemble the MouCo Camembert Panini

  • Lay out the slices of grain bread.
  • On one slice, layer the turkey or chicken slices.
  • Add the MouCo Camembert cheese on top of the meat.
  • Spread the cranberry or lingonberry sauce over the cheese.
  • Place the fresh lettuce leaves on top.

4. Construct the Sandwich
Top the assembled ingredients with the second slice of bread.
