📦 What if my order arrives damaged?

We want every MouCo delivery to arrive cool, safe, and looking great. If your order shows up damaged, warm, leaking, or otherwise not right — contact us right away. A quick photo of the package and cheese helps us understand what happened and speeds up resolutions.

Email us at orders@mouco.com with your order number and pictures, or reply directly to your order confirmation email. We’ll take care of you — replacements or refunds are handled case-by-case, but our goal is simple: you should get good cheese.
