By full age, the rind releases its wild chorus — pungent, earthy, aromatic — while the interior calls back, soft and inviting, with an almost sweet, luring allure.

👻 Boo Lore: The Cheese That Shouldn’t Exist

MouCo Boo® wasn’t so much developed as it was summoned. They say this awe-inspired cheese first appeared in the catacombs of Paris 🕯️— a glowing orange paste cloaked in ash and finished in dusty white.

It was discovered that annatto, a natural coloring made from seeds, slowed the microbes just enough to let Boo® build aromas of cream, flavors of butter, and textures so pillowy it could bring a tear.

When you taste Boo®, you’re sharing in a fable… creamy and buttery at heart, complex and pungent in its plot, with just enough funk to give your tastebuds goosebumps. 🎃🧀✨

(7–8 weeks) At full moon maturity, Boo® is soft, luscious, and spreadable. The rind blooms with pungent aroma, while the center delivers earthy, savory depth with a haunting finish.
