The idea for MouCo Truffello® began with a chef’s suggestion to combine our Camembert with truffles — a way for both chefs and consumers to enjoy real Italian black truffles.
We make Truffello with real Italian black truffles, never oils. Unlike Truffle oil, real Italian black truffles are aromatic and bold at first, then softening into an earthy, woodsy delicacy that fades gracefully and complements the buttery soul of our award winning Camembert.

(7–8+ weeks) Fully ripe, the cheese turns supple and yielding, sometimes flowing at room temperature. Aroma and flavor are complete — earthy, nutty, and unapologetically truffle-rich, carried on a luxurious texture.
