Return & Refund Policy
At MouCo Cheese Company, we take pride in every order we craft and ship. Each wheel and package is handled with care so it arrives in the same condition it left our cheesery—fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we are not able to accept returns on any items, including merchandise or accessories.
If something doesn’t arrive as it should, please reach out right away. We stand behind our work and will do everything reasonable to make it right.
Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@mouco.com. Include:
- A short description of the issue
- Photos showing the product, packaging, and label or sticker (so we can identify batch codes)
We evaluate each situation individually. Depending on what we find, we may:
- Replace the affected item, or
- Issue a refund or store credit
Once shipments leave our cheesery, we cannot guarantee against carrier delays or extreme weather, but we review each report carefully and handle any legitimate concerns as fairly as possible.
Refunds
For approved refunds, we’ll notify you once processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.
