You can freeze MouCo cheeses, but we don’t generally recommend it for the best eating experience. Soft-ripened cheeses change in texture when frozen — they can lose creaminess and become crumbly once thawed.
If you do freeze cheese, wrap it well to protect from frost and use it later in hot dishes (like grilled cheese, mac, potatoes, etc.) where texture matters less. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator.
