Yes — we ship MouCo cheeses using insulated packaging and ice packs when needed. Cheese travels better than most people expect, and our packaging is designed to protect it during transit.

If your cheese arrives cool to the touch (even if not ice cold), it’s generally still great — just move it to the fridge. As always, if something seems off, let us know and we’ll help make it right.

For serving, allow the cheese to come back up to room temperature for the best flavor and texture.
