🥛 Can lactose-intolerant people eat MouCo cheeses?

Many people who are lactose-intolerant find they can enjoy soft-ripened cheeses like ours more easily than they can milk. During cheesemaking, most of the lactose leaves with the whey, and what remains continues to break down as the cheese ripens.

Everyone is different, so sensitivity can vary — but many folks are pleasantly surprised by how well they tolerate soft cheese.
