A Brined Cheese Project We Can’t Quite Quit

Fetish™ is our interpretation of a fresh, brined soft cheese—creamy, twangy, and full of flavor drama. It’s bold in salads, delicious with olives, and always stirs conversation.

But here’s the truth: it’s not exactly what we set out to make. Not yet.

There are some truly excellent fetas out there, and while we focus on the soft-ripened cheeses only we can make, we let the feta experts run the show... for now. Fetish™ comes and goes as we revisit the idea—tweaking, tasting, dreaming. So if you find it, you’re catching us in a moment of curiosity.
