Crispy MouCo Camembert Nuggets with Tangy Cranberry Dip

Makes ~20 nuggets

- 8 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
👣 Instructions

- Pat Camembert cubes dry. Season with salt & pepper.
- Dredge cubes in flour, shake off excess.
- Dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry nuggets until golden, ~1–2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- Serve immediately with cranberry sauce and optional herbs.
