Crispy MouCo Camembert Nuggets with Tangy Cranberry Dip

Golden-brown Camembert bites served with tangy cranberry sauce—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and unexpectedly fun to pop.

🧂 Ingredients

Makes ~20 nuggets

    • 8 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into bite-size cubes
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
    • ½ cup flour
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • Oil for frying
    • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

👣 Instructions

    1. Pat Camembert cubes dry. Season with salt & pepper.
    2. Dredge cubes in flour, shake off excess.
    3. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs.
    4. Heat oil in pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry nuggets until golden, ~1–2 minutes per side.
    5. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
    6. Serve immediately with cranberry sauce and optional herbs.
