Grilled Peaches with MouCo Camembert

Sweet grilled peaches wrapped around melty MouCo Camembert—smoky, creamy, and summery in every bite.

🧂 Ingredients

Serves ~4

    • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
    • 4–6 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into small cubes
    • 1 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
    • Fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)
    • Olive oil spray (for grilling)

👣 Instructions

    1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
    2. Spray peach halves with olive oil.
    3. Grill peaches cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until grill marks appear.
    4. Flip peaches and fill each with a cube or two of MouCo Camembert and a drizzle of honey.
    5. Cover grill (or tent pan with foil) and cook 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
    6. Remove carefully and drizzle extra honey. Garnish with thyme if using.
    7. Serve warm—great as a dessert or alongside light salads.
