🧂 Ingredients

Servings: 6–8

    • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
    • 2 large leeks (white & light green), cleaned & sliced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 8 oz MouCo ColoRouge, shredded or thinly sliced
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup heavy cream or milk
    • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • Fresh chives or thyme for garnish

👣 Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or tart pan with puff pastry, docking bottom with a fork.
    2. In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add leeks, cook until soft and slightly caramelized (~7–9 minutes). Season lightly.
    3. Arrange leeks over pastry base. Scatter ColoRouge evenly on top.
    4. Whisk eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Pour over cheese and leeks.
    5. Bake 25–30 minutes until pastry is golden and filling set.
    6. Let cool slightly, then garnish with chives or thyme before slicing.
