🧂 Ingredients
Makes ~12 poppers
12 fresh figs, stemmed and halved
4–6 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into small cubes
6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
1 tsp honey (optional drizzle)
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
👣 Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place a cube of Camembert into each fig half.
Wrap each stuffed fig with a strip of prosciutto and place seam-side down on the sheet.
Bake 8–10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is gooey.
Optionally drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme before serving warm.
