- 12 fresh figs, stemmed and halved
- 4–6 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into small cubes
- 6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp honey (optional drizzle)
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
👣 Instructions

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place a cube of Camembert into each fig half.
- Wrap each stuffed fig with a strip of prosciutto and place seam-side down on the sheet.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is gooey.
- Optionally drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme before serving warm.
