MouCo Camembert and Fig Poppers

Fiery with sweet fig and creamy MouCo Camembert—these bite‑sized poppers are the perfect balance of gooey cheese and fruit, wrapped in prosciutto for pure party pleasure. 🥂

🧂 Ingredients

Makes ~12 poppers

    • 12 fresh figs, stemmed and halved
    • 4–6 oz MouCo Camembert, cut into small cubes
    • 6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
    • 1 tsp honey (optional drizzle)
    • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

👣 Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
    2. Place a cube of Camembert into each fig half.
    3. Wrap each stuffed fig with a strip of prosciutto and place seam-side down on the sheet.
    4. Bake 8–10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is gooey.
    5. Optionally drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme before serving warm.

🎯 Notes & Pairings

    • Make-ahead: Assemble poppers up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerate; bake when ready.
    • Vegetarian swap: Skip prosciutto and wrap in prosciutto substitutes or omit entirely.
    • Drink pairing: Try with sparkling rosé or a rich Chardonnay to float on flavor.
