  • 6 oz award-winning MouCo cheese (Camembert, ColoRouge, or Ashley), cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

👣 Instructions

1. 1. Cook spätzen per package instructions; drain and reserve a splash of cooking water.
   2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until deeply golden and caramelized (~15 mins).
   3. Add noodles, cheese, and milk to the pan. Toss to combine, adding a splash of noodle water if needed to make it saucy.
   4. Season with salt and pepper, and cook just until cheese melts and everything's creamy and delicious.
   5. Garnish with chives or parsley and serve warm straight from the pan.
