🧂 Ingredients

Serves 2–4

    • 4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or mesclun)
    • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
    • 1–2 tbsp olive oil, divided
    • 4 oz MouCo Camembert, torn into bite-sized pieces
    • ¼ cup toasted walnuts or pecans
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
    • Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

👣 Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss pear halves in olive oil and roast cut-side down on a baking sheet until tender and caramelized, about 15–20 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
