🧂 Ingredients
Serves 2–4
4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or mesclun)
2 ripe pears, halved and cored
1–2 tbsp olive oil, divided
4 oz MouCo Camembert, torn into bite-sized pieces
¼ cup toasted walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
👣 Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss pear halves in olive oil and roast cut-side down on a baking sheet until tender and caramelized, about 15–20 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Arrange greens on a platter or in a bowl. Slice or chop the roasted pears and scatter on top.
Add MouCo Camembert pieces and toasted nuts.
Drizzle with dressing, toss gently, and serve warm or at room temperature.
