Savory Baked MouCo Camembert with Mushrooms

- 1 wheel (8–10 oz) MouCo Camembert
- 8 oz cremini or baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
👣 Instructions

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms until golden, about 5–6 minutes.
- Add garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place Camembert in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spoon mushroom mix over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with bread or crackers.
