🧂 Ingredients
Serves 2–4 People
1 wheel (8–10 oz) MouCo Camembert
8 oz cremini or baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
👣 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms until golden, about 5–6 minutes.
Add garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
Place Camembert in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spoon mushroom mix over the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with bread or crackers.
