Savory Baked MouCo Camembert with Mushrooms

🧂 Ingredients

Serves 2–4 People

    • 1 wheel (8–10 oz) MouCo Camembert
    • 8 oz cremini or baby bella mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • Crusty bread or crackers, for serving

👣 Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms until golden, about 5–6 minutes.
    3. Add garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Place Camembert in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spoon mushroom mix over the top.
    5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
    6. Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with bread or crackers.
